So I decided to try something a little different...this cap is mostly based around an interview that Matty is reading, but still contains some of his perspective on a new development in his life - enjoy!
P.S. I really like Bethany's idea about having a recruitment week for the different cliques (thanks for commenting, btw!). I can't promise that I'll include it, because it can be quite hard to find pics with three or more girls in them (a requirement for a "gang" of bimbos), but I definitely will try to find things that work! And anybody else with ideas, feel free to share too!

This is absolutely inspired. Big kudos. The style, the format, everything about it works incredibly well. It read like an actual interview. You've put a lot of thought into this one and it works exceedingly well with the storyline you've constructed for the main character. When/if his descent ultimately begins, stuff like this is going to be one of the primary things that helps feed into that. I truly think you're moving in a great direction. Nicely done.
ReplyDeleteThat said, the selfish, cynical day-dremaing side of me still partially wishes he'd have joined the Barbies. I'd have talked a good game, but personally I'd have wanted to become a member of their clique in less than a heartbeat. *blush*

I like how increasingly isolated Matty is getting - at this rate he'll be the only unfeminized boy at the school. Makes me wonder what he'll be like when he finally succumbs - since he's so repressed I bet he'll go absolutely wild once he turns.
